Getting ready for inspection day
The inspection packet, Inspector Mode and giving your inspector their own login.
Three ways to share records with your inspector:
- Inspection packet — Reports → Inspection packet makes one PDF with your certificates, readiness score and every compliance record for the period. Email it ahead or print it.
- Inspector Mode — a read-only view on your own screen that hides prices, expenses and private notes.
- Inspector login — invite them in Settings → Team with the Inspector role and an access end date.
- A few weeks out, open Organic and work through anything marked Missing or Needs review.
- Check Reports → Mass Balance and Traceability for gaps.
- Download the inspection packet for the last 12 months.
