ProvenFarm didn't start in an office. It started at 11 Kettle Farm, our small family farm in Lagrangeville, New York.
Our story
We're Kinga and Krystian
Parents, farmers, small-business owners, and the people behind ProvenFarm. Like many small farms, we found ourselves doing a little bit of everything: caring for animals, managing the farm stand, baking products, keeping records, creating labels, answering customer questions, tracking what was available, and trying to grow our business while raising a family.
We realized something was missing.
Small farms work incredibly hard to produce good food, but customers don't always get to see the story, care, and work behind it.
At the same time, farmers are often juggling notebooks, spreadsheets, social media, websites, messages, labels, records, and several different apps just to run a small operation.
We wanted something better. That is why we created ProvenFarm.

Made by a working farm
ProvenFarm is being built from the perspective of an actual working farm. Our goal is to give farmers a simple place to manage their farm, document what they do, share their story, connect with customers, and build trust around the products they sell.
For customers, we want ProvenFarm to make buying local more personal.
Instead of only seeing a carton of eggs, loaf of bread, jar of honey, or package of meat, you can discover the family behind it, learn how it was produced, follow updates from the farm, and support producers in your community.
