Working with your certifier: requests, letters, changes and renewal
Track what your certifier asks, everything you've sent, approvals and the yearly renewal.
- Certifier requests — each item from a Determination Notice or letter, its due date and your answer. Anything due within 14 days shows on your dashboard.
- Letters & calls — a log of everything between you and your certifier, with what still needs an answer.
- Change requests — a new crop, field, product, material or label must be approved before you use it. Track each one.
- Materials List — every approved input. Inputs, feed and treatments you record are checked against it.
- Inspections — the annual inspection and any others, with the exit interview notes as your to-do list.
- Renewal & fees — the anniversary date and renewal checklist, with reminders 90, 30 and 7 days ahead.
