Who can see your records
Private, Inspector and Public — and what stays hidden no matter what.
Every record has a privacy level:
- Private — only your team.
- Inspector — your team plus any inspectors you invite.
- Public — may appear on your public farmstand page or product QR passports.
Set the default in Settings → Privacy. Your street address is never shown publicly unless you turn that on, and the community map only shows an approximate location.
Inspector Mode and the inspection packet always leave out prices, expenses, profit, customer details and private notes.
