End-of-day count: see what went unpaid

1. Open Farmstand → Honor box check.
2. Count the cash in the box and type it in, and how much you're leaving for change.
3. Count what's left on the shelf (or tap Fill with expected and fix the ones that differ). Leave a product blank to skip it.
4. Check the result and tap Save check.

• Expected cash = what you left in the box last time + cash sales recorded since.
• Goods gone without a sale = what the records say should be on the shelf − what you counted.
• Extra cash in the box pays for missing items first — those are recorded as honor sales (people often pay without tapping "I Paid").
• Unpaid = goods gone − extra cash. Your stock is set to what you counted.
• Last 30 days shows the total unpaid, the share of honor takings, the worst days of the week and the products that go missing most.

Venmo, Cash App and Zelle payments customers reported but you haven't confirmed are listed separately — check your apps before you count them as missing.
